ET20 channel letter bender machine is the high end multi-functional metal sign bending machine of Ejon. Besides the conventional functions of auto feeding, slotting, bending used on metal plate, ET20 can also easily process all kinds of aluminum profile because of its double cutter independent slotting structure.

With only one machine, you can make all kinds of metal letter signs, such as Seiko letters, Rimless letters, Edged Aluminum letters, Resin letters, etc.

Now it is widely used in advertising equipment industry for 3D letters making, outdoor neon signs making and shop signs logos producing.

FEEDING SYSTEM

1. The material clamps are casted which can avoid scratching the material, meanwhile improving the feeding holding. Using air pressure to press the material, avoid material uneven and ensure the smooth feeding.

2. The double ball screw is matched with nylon gear transmission for precise positioning, which greatly improves the feeding speed and stability of the machine.

SLOTTING SYSTEM

1. Adopts double cutter independent slotting structure, plane cutter for metal plate slotting and milling cutter for aluminum profile slotting, easily deal with various materials, imported linear guide rail with ball screw, combined with high-power servo motor, to ensure the stability and consistency of slotting.

2. The slotting tool adopts imported high-strength alloy plane cutter, each cutter has 8 edge angles, no need to sharpen the cutter only change different angles , prolong the service life and greatly improve the processing efficiency.

Double bending tools alternating bending structure:

1. Casted by ductile iron, with good vibration absorption, high structural strength, which reduces the number of parts splice.
